Antigua Guatemala is famous for its coffee. At only 28 miles from Guatemala City, Antigua is located between three volcanoes: Acatenango, Fuego and Agua. This region has been known for a long time for producing coffees of the best quality in the world. The privileged weather, altitude, volcanic soils and traditional agricultural practices contribute to the elaboration of one of the best coffees in the world.
Finca Medina are located in a town named San Lorenzo el Cubo, in the region of Ciudad Vieja in the outskirts of Antigua Guatemala City. This city was the capital of the Spanish Empire.
